About Sarah and Take Time Lifestyle Management
I created Take Time in 2005 after realising that I couldn’t be everywhere at once, and that I wasn’t alone!
As a working Mum with a hectic life, I really felt that I could improve my own work/life balance and help others to do the same. I haven’t looked back, gaining great satisfaction from the difference our service makes to our clients’ lives.
My team also share my strong commitment to making life easier, and the caring, family ethos of the company is what sets us apart from the competition. Every member of staff is recruited by personal recommendation, resulting in a close knit, dedicated team.
They’ve been through many of the stages themselves:
- from the overwhelming chaos of being a new parent,
- through the stress of working long hours,
- to the worry of caring for elderly relatives.
I’ve had first hand experience of the real difference that the right support can make to our older clients and it’s an area that I feel particularly passionate about.
As a busy working mum and one of the main carers for my Grandmother, I know the challenges that older people and their families can face.
By providing the right support, I’ve seen how my own Grandmother’s wish to remain independent and in her own home has been respected. It’s made the world of difference to her and our whole family in so many ways.
